For digital agencies

White Label Web Development for Agencies

RED SAG provides white label web development and white label software development for digital agencies in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe. You own the client relationship and the brief; our developers in India build the website, web app or integration under NDA and hand it back ready to present under your name.

Agencies use us to take on more projects without hiring, to cover skills they do not have in-house such as React, Next.js, Laravel or custom APIs, and to protect margins on fixed-fee work. Your clients deal with you. We never contact them unless you ask us to.

Our white label web development services work in two ways. You can book a dedicated developer who works as part of your team every month, or send individual projects for a fixed quote. Communication happens in your Slack, Jira, Trello or ClickUp, with daily overlap in your timezone. Most agencies start with one small paid project to test quality and turnaround before handing over anything client-critical.

Who it's for

Who White Label Development is for

Design and marketing agencies

Studios with strong design, branding or performance marketing skills that want dependable developers to turn Figma files into production websites without building an in-house engineering team.

Agencies with more work than developers

Teams whose pipeline has outgrown their developers, who need extra capacity for busy months without adding permanent salaries or the cost of recruiting.

Freelancers and consultants

Independent consultants who win bigger projects than they can build alone and need a reliable technical team behind them, under their own brand.

Software resellers and IT firms

Companies selling software solutions or managed services that need custom modules, integrations or client portals built quietly in the background.

What you get

Features we build

Strict confidentiality

We sign your NDA before seeing any brief. Our name never appears in code comments, admin panels, footers or commit history visible to clients, and we do not list your client work in our own portfolio.

Agency-branded deliverables

Handover documents, staging links, training videos and release notes are prepared under your agency name or left unbranded, so you can pass them straight to your client without editing.

Figma to pixel-accurate build

We build from your designs faithfully, including responsive breakpoints, hover states and animations, and raise questions about missing states before coding rather than guessing and making you check later.

Work inside your tools

Our developers join your Slack or Teams, take tickets from your Jira, Trello, Asana or ClickUp board and push to your GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket repositories using your branching rules.

Overlap with your working day

We arrange shifts so a developer is available for a few hours of your morning in the UK and Europe, or your late afternoon and evening in the US and Canada. Australian agencies get overlap across their afternoon.

Broad technical coverage

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Webflow, React, Next.js, Laravel and Node.js, plus custom dashboards, API integrations and mobile apps, so you can say yes to more of the briefs your clients bring.

Ongoing maintenance you can resell

After launch we can handle updates, backups and small edits for your clients under your brand, which lets you offer monthly care plans and build recurring revenue without extra staff.

How we work

From first call to launch

  1. 01

    Introductory call and NDA

We learn how your agency works, your typical projects and quality bar, and sign an NDA before any client information is shared.

  2. 02

    Paid pilot project

Start with one small real project so you can judge code quality, communication and turnaround before committing to anything larger.

  3. 03

    Estimate or allocate

For each new brief we return a fixed quote and timeline, or assign it to your dedicated developer if you are on a monthly arrangement.

  4. 04

    Build with daily updates

Work progresses in your tools with daily status notes and a staging link you can review and show to your client at any time.

  5. 05

    QA, handover and support

We test across browsers and devices, fix your review comments, deploy or hand over files, and stay available for revisions and post-launch fixes.

Why RED SAG

Why teams choose us

Your client, never ours

We do not approach, pitch or accept work directly from your clients. The relationship stays with you, and the NDA puts that commitment in writing.

Predictable costs for your quotes

Fixed-price estimates arrive before work starts, so you can price your own proposal with a known margin instead of guessing what development will cost.

Direct line to the developers

Your project manager speaks directly to the developers doing the work. There is no offshore account manager relaying messages and losing detail along the way.

Code and IP transfer to you

All code, designs and assets belong to your agency or your client once paid for. Nothing is held back or tied to our servers or licences.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is white label web development?

White label web development means an outside team builds websites or software that your agency sells and delivers under its own brand. Your client sees only your agency. The development partner works behind the scenes under an NDA, and you manage the client relationship, pricing and project direction.

Will my clients ever know you built their site?

Not from us. We sign your NDA, keep our name out of the code, admin areas and documentation, and do not show your client work in our portfolio. If you want us to join a client call as part of your team, we introduce ourselves using your agency name and email addresses if you provide them.

How much does white label development cost?

Hourly work typically runs $15–30 per hour, a full-time dedicated developer $1,700–3,500 per month depending on seniority and stack, and fixed-price projects are quoted per brief. Most agencies mark this up to their normal client rates, which is where the margin on outsourced development comes from.

How do you handle time zones with US, UK or Australian agencies?

India is four and a half to five and a half hours ahead of the UK depending on the season, which gives easy overlap with UK and European mornings. For US and Canadian agencies we arrange shifts to cover part of your day. Work often continues while you sleep, so feedback given in the evening is actioned by morning.

Can we try you on a small project first?

Yes, and we recommend it. A small paid pilot, such as a landing page, a Shopify customisation or a WordPress fix list, lets you judge code quality, communication and reliability with low risk. If it goes well, you can move on to larger projects or a dedicated developer.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

Your agency, or your client if that is how your contract works. Once invoices are paid, all rights to the custom work transfer to you. Code is committed to repositories you control throughout the project, so there is never a point where we are holding your work hostage.

What if a developer on our account leaves or is unavailable?

We keep project notes, credentials and documentation in shared tools rather than in one person's head, and we aim to keep a second developer familiar with each dedicated account. If someone is on leave or moves on, a replacement is briefed and working with minimal disruption, and we tell you in advance.

What should we check before choosing a white label web development agency?

Look at real code, not just a portfolio, since most white label work cannot be shown publicly. Ask who you will talk to day to day, how many hours overlap with your working day, and whether code goes into your repositories from the start. A signed NDA and a small paid pilot tell you more than any sales call, which is why we offer both.

Which platforms and technologies do you cover?

Most agency work falls into WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Webflow, React and Next.js, which we cover in depth. White label WordPress development is the most common request we get from agencies. We also build custom web apps in Laravel and Node.js, API integrations and dashboards, and take on white label app development for cross-platform mobile apps, so you can accept more technical briefs without turning clients away.
