How we work with you
Fixed written quotes
When the scope is clear, we quote a fixed price in writing, with what is included and what is not. When it is not clear, we say so and suggest a short paid discovery instead of guessing.
Payments tied to milestones
Payments are split across milestones you can see working, for example kick-off, design sign-off, first working version and go-live. The split is written in your proposal.
Demos every 1–2 weeks
You see working software on a staging link, not slides, and give feedback while changes are still cheap.
You own the code and data
Rights in the custom work are assigned to you once the related invoices are paid. You get the source code, credentials and documentation, and hosting and payment accounts are in your name.
NDA on request
We sign your NDA or ours before you share anything confidential, such as business plans, designs or data samples.
Careful with your data
Least-privilege access, credentials in a password manager, secrets kept out of code, and access removed when a project ends. The details are on our security page.

How to check us before you pay
Use this with any developer, not only with us. A good supplier will be glad you asked.

Verify the registration
Look up UDYAM-TN-28-0186267 on the official Udyam portal. For any supplier, check that the registered name matches the name on the quote and invoice.

Visit or video-call the office
Come to our office in Tiruppur, or ask for a video call from it. Meet the people who will actually build your software.
- 03
Ask for a reference client
Ask to speak to a past client with a similar project. We will connect you where the client agrees to it.

Start with a small paid pilot
Begin with a small, clearly scoped first milestone. If you are not happy with it, you have spent little and you keep what was built.

Keep the code in your name
Ask for the repository to be in your own account from day one, and read the contract clause that assigns the IP to you.
What we do not claim
- We do not hold ISO 27001, SOC 2 or PCI DSS certification, and we do not show badges for them.
- We do not show awards or testimonials we cannot back up. The only rating we show is our Google rating, which you can check on Google yourself.
- We are not a regulated financial entity and do not give legal, tax or compliance advice. Your compliance officer or CA confirms those.
- We are a small team. If your project needs a large certified vendor, we will say so.

Is RED SAG a registered company?
RED SAG Fintech Solutions is a Udyam-registered MSME with registration number UDYAM-TN-28-0186267. You can check it on the official Udyam portal (udyamregistration.gov.in) using the Verify Udyam Registration Number page.
Where is RED SAG located?
Our only office is in Arulpuram, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. You can find it on Google Maps and visit by appointment. Clients elsewhere work with us over phone, WhatsApp and video calls.
Can we meet the team before we sign?
Yes. You can visit the office or have a video call with the people who would work on your project. For larger projects near Tiruppur, we can also come to you.
Can you give us a reference client?
Yes, for most project types. We ask a past client with a similar project whether they are happy to speak with you, and connect you if they agree.
Who owns the code once the project is finished?
You do. Rights in the custom work are assigned to you once the related invoices are paid, and you receive the source code, credentials and documentation. Where we build on one of our own products, such as OverseePOS, the licence terms are agreed in writing first.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. A small paid pilot or first milestone lets you judge our work and communication before committing to the whole project.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, and usually much sooner on WhatsApp. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST.
