Yes. Every purchase is entered by batch with MRP and expiry. Billing picks the earliest-expiring batch by default, expired batches cannot be sold, and near-expiry lists help you return stock to suppliers in time.
Yes. Items are marked as Schedule H, H1 or other categories you use. When a marked item is billed, the software asks for the details your licence requires, such as patient, prescriber and quantity, and keeps a register you can print or export. Your pharmacist confirms which details and how long records must be kept.
Yes. Medicines can be searched by brand, composition or manufacturer, and the screen shows other brands with the same composition that are in stock, with their batches and rack locations.
Expired or near-expiry stock is moved to a returns list, and the software prepares a return or claim note for each supplier. The value stays open against the supplier until the credit note arrives, so nothing is forgotten.
Bills show HSN codes and the GST split for each item, and credit notes handle returns. Month-end exports are ready for your CA for GSTR-1, or for Tally. GST rates on medicines are set per item, and your CA confirms the rates.
In most cases, yes. We import items, compositions, suppliers, customers and opening stock by batch from Excel or your old software's exports, and check totals after the import.
