RED SAG is a software development company working with businesses and agencies across the EU, the wider EEA and Switzerland. We are a remote team based in Tiruppur, India, and we build SaaS products, web applications, online shops, mobile apps and AI features, and take on white-label work for European agencies that need more development capacity.
India sits three and a half to four and a half hours ahead of Central European time, so our afternoon is your morning. Whether you are in Prague, Madrid, Stockholm, Vienna or Zurich, you can hold a standup at 9 or 10AM, review work before lunch and still have our team available for follow-up questions.
We have no office in Europe. Everything runs remotely and in English, with prices quoted in euros, GDPR processor terms and EU Standard Contractual Clauses where we touch personal data, and code kept in your own repository. Content in German, Spanish, Swedish or any other language comes from you or your translators; we build the multilingual structure around it.
Across Central Europe you get four and a half to five and a half hours of live overlap from a 9AM start. Calls, reviews and quick decisions happen in normal European office hours, without anyone joining from home at night.
Many European sites need two or more languages from day one. We set up proper per-language URLs, hreflang tags, translated metadata and a CMS your editors can manage, so adding Swedish or Czech later is a content job, not a rebuild.
European clients usually ask about data protection early, and they should. We sign a data processing agreement, work under Standard Contractual Clauses when we need access to personal data, and prefer anonymised test data so that access is rarely needed.
Agencies in Germany, the Nordics and elsewhere use offshore teams to take on work they could not otherwise staff. We work under your brand, in your Jira, Asana or Linear board, and never contact your clients unless you ask us to.
We communicate in English, which most European teams already use for technical work. Scope, changes and decisions are written down, which helps when English is a second language on both sides and nobody wants to rely on memory of a call.

A monthly block of hours that agencies draw on for overflow projects, or that businesses use for updates, security patches, small changes and hosting care on an existing site or app. Unused hours and rollover rules are agreed upfront.
India stays on IST (UTC+5:30) all year. Central European countries such as Germany, Austria, Czechia, Spain, Sweden, Luxembourg and Switzerland are 4.5 hours behind us in winter (CET) and 3.5 hours behind in summer (CEST). Finland is 3.5 hours behind in winter and 2.5 in summer; Portugal and Ireland are 5.5 and 4.5.
We work 9AM to 6PM IST. In summer that is 5:30AM to 2:30PM in Berlin, Madrid or Vienna, so a 9AM start gives you five and a half hours with us. In winter it is 4:30AM to 1:30PM CET, which still covers your whole morning. A 10AM CET standup works year round.
Feedback you send after lunch in Stockholm or Zurich reaches us at the end of our day or first thing next morning, and we usually have it done or answered by the time your working day starts. Europe changes clocks on the last Sundays of March and October; India does not, so we confirm meeting times around those dates.
When we host, build or support a system that holds personal data you control, we act as a processor. We sign an Article 28 data processing agreement covering confidentiality, security measures, sub-processors, breach notification and deletion at the end of the contract, and build in data minimisation, access controls and export or erasure features.
India does not have an EU adequacy decision, so if our team can access personal data from the EU or EEA, the transfer should be covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, usually with a transfer impact assessment on your side. Swiss clients use the same clauses adapted for the Swiss FADP. The simplest safeguard is keeping real personal data out of our reach.
Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act has applied to many consumer-facing digital products and services, including most e-commerce, banking and ticketing services, through each country's national law. Micro-enterprises providing services are generally exempt. We build towards WCAG 2.1 AA, the level referenced by the harmonised standard EN 301 549, but whether and how the Act applies to you is a question for your legal adviser.
Business services bought from a supplier outside the EU are usually taxed under the reverse charge, meaning you account for VAT in your own country rather than us charging it; Switzerland has a similar acquisition tax. Please confirm your treatment with your accountant. We sign your NDA before detailed talks, and IP in delivered work is assigned to you on payment.

No. RED SAG is a remote team based in Tiruppur, India, and we have no office, entity or staff anywhere in Europe. Projects run over video calls, email, Slack or Teams and shared project boards. Contracts and invoices are issued from India, priced in euros, and all communication is in English.
For Central European time, our day of 9AM to 6PM IST covers roughly 5:30AM to 2:30PM in summer and 4:30AM to 1:30PM in winter. In practice your whole morning is shared time. Finland gets an hour more overlap, while Portugal and Ireland get an hour less.
Yes. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. Because India has no EU adequacy decision, any access to personal data from India should also be covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses. We are happy to use your templates or work through ours with your data protection officer.
Yes, we build the multilingual structure: language switching, separate URLs per language, hreflang tags, translated metadata and a CMS that handles translations cleanly. We do not write or translate copy in those languages ourselves. The text should come from your team or a professional translator, and we will load it and check layouts for longer German words.
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA as standard for consumer-facing sites and shops: keyboard navigation, proper labels, contrast, alt text and screen-reader testing on key flows. Whether the Act legally applies to your business depends on your size, sector and national rules, so please confirm that with a legal adviser. We can also audit and fix an existing site.
Our invoices from India do not include EU VAT. For most B2B services bought from a non-EU supplier, you account for VAT yourself under the reverse charge in your own VAT return, and Swiss businesses have a comparable acquisition tax. Rules vary by country and situation, so check the treatment with your accountant before the first invoice.
We quote and invoice in euros. Most European clients pay by SEPA transfer through Wise, which keeps fees low and the exchange rate visible. Fixed-price projects are paid in milestones, and dedicated developers or retainers are billed monthly in advance. Hosting, domains and third-party licences are paid by you directly.
Yes. Through Stripe, Mollie or Adyen we can add cards alongside local methods your customers expect, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit or Swish, depending on the provider and country. We also handle multi-currency pricing, VAT-inclusive display and EU-style legal pages, with the legal text itself supplied by you.
