Our payment gateway integration services connect your website, mobile app or SaaS product to gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe PG, Stripe and PayPal. We handle the parts that decide whether money actually reaches you: server-side order creation, signature checks, webhooks, retries, refunds and a clear record of every transaction.
Adding a pay button takes an afternoon. Getting payments right takes longer: a customer pays by UPI but closes the app before the redirect, a webhook arrives twice, a subscription renewal fails, or the settlement report does not match your orders. We design for those cases from the start so your team is not reconciling by hand at month end.
We work with Indian businesses taking UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and with exporters, SaaS founders and online stores selling to customers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada through Stripe or PayPal. You choose the gateway and hold the merchant account; we build and document the integration.
Shops on custom code, WooCommerce or headless setups that need a reliable checkout with UPI, cards and wallets, cash-on-delivery to prepaid nudges, and refunds that sync back to orders.
Products billing monthly or annually that need recurring payments, plan upgrades and downgrades, trials, dunning for failed renewals and GST-compliant invoices or overseas billing through Stripe.
Businesses collecting money on behalf of sellers, tutors, drivers or service providers, where each payment must be split, commission retained and the balance paid out to the right account.
Companies invoicing clients abroad who want payment links or hosted invoices that accept international cards or PayPal, with clean records their accountant can match to export receipts.

UPI payment integration through your gateway: UPI intent on mobile so customers jump straight into GPay, PhonePe or Paytm, dynamic QR codes on desktop and at counters, and collect requests where your gateway still supports them. Payment status is confirmed server-side, never trusted from the browser alone.
The full method mix your gateway offers, presented in its hosted or embedded checkout. We order methods sensibly for your audience and pass customer details so returning buyers can use saved cards stored as network tokens.
Recurring billing using card e-mandates, UPI AutoPay or eNACH, set up within RBI rules on customer approval and pre-debit notifications. Plan changes, pauses, proration and retries for failed charges are handled by your application, not by guesswork.
Marketplace flows using Razorpay Route, Cashfree Easy Split, Stripe Connect or gateway payout APIs. Commission is calculated per order, vendor balances are tracked, and payouts can be scheduled, held for returns or released manually.
Every webhook is signature-verified, stored and processed idempotently, so a duplicate or late event never marks an order twice. A scheduled job checks for payments stuck in pending and queries the gateway to settle their true status.
Full and partial refunds from your admin panel, clear messages when a payment fails, retry links sent by email or WhatsApp, and alerts when a chargeback or dispute is raised so you can respond within the gateway deadline.
We automate the payment reconciliation process by matching your orders, gateway transactions and settlement reports, flagging anything missing, short-settled or refunded. Finance teams get exports that line up with their accounting software instead of three spreadsheets that never agree.
Shareable payment links and invoice pages for sales teams, plus multi-currency checkout through Stripe or PayPal for overseas customers, with tax fields and receipts suited to buyers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.
We document who pays, for what, through which methods, how refunds and cancellations work, and where the money must end up, then recommend a gateway or combination that fits your business model and customer base.
We guide you through the gateway onboarding and KYC in your own name, collect test API keys, and build against the sandbox so nothing touches real money until every path has been tested.
Server-side order creation, checkout on web or mobile, signature verification, webhooks, refund and payout logic, and admin screens, all with logging so any transaction can be traced end to end.
We simulate failed payments, closed browsers, duplicate webhooks, partial refunds, expired mandates and timeouts, then run small live transactions after the gateway activates your account.
We switch to live keys, watch the first days of real traffic, set up alerts for failure spikes and stuck payments, and hand over documentation your team or any future developer can follow.
A straightforward checkout integration usually takes 1–2 weeks after your merchant account is active; subscriptions or marketplace payouts take around 3–8 weeks. Gateway KYC and activation time is set by the gateway and runs alongside our work.
₹15,000–35,000 (≈ $200–550)
One gateway on an existing website or app, with one-time payments, webhooks, refunds from admin and basic transaction logs.
₹35,000–90,000 (≈ $550–1,350)
Recurring billing with e-mandates or Stripe Billing, payment links, a second gateway for fallback or international buyers, and reconciliation reports.
₹90,000–2.5 lakh+ (≈ $1,350–3,600+)
Split payments, vendor onboarding, commission rules, scheduled payouts, dispute handling and a finance dashboard, usually as part of a larger build.
Indicative budgets based on typical projects. Your fixed-price quote depends on scope, integrations and timeline.
The merchant account is registered to your business, settlements go straight to your bank, and you own the full source code. We never sit in the money flow or hold your API keys after handover.
Once the money flow is mapped, we quote a fixed price for the agreed scope. If you later add a gateway or a payout model, the extra cost is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Our team is based in Tiruppur, India, and the developer writing your payment code joins your calls. When a webhook misbehaves, you are not waiting for a message to pass through account managers.
Payment issues often show up only under real traffic. Every project includes a post-launch support period, and ongoing maintenance is available for gateway API changes and new payment methods.
For Indian customers, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU and PhonePe PG all support UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and differ in pricing, settlement options, onboarding and features like split payments. For buyers in the US, UK, Australia or Canada, Stripe or PayPal are usually the better fit. We compare them against your business model rather than pushing one.
Payment gateway integration for a single gateway on an existing website or app typically costs ₹15,000–35,000 (about $200–550). A basic UPI payment gateway integration on a live website falls in that first band. Subscriptions, payment links and reconciliation push it to ₹35,000–90,000, and marketplace payouts cost more. This is our development fee only. Payment gateway charges in India are set by each gateway, usually as a percentage per transaction that varies by method and plan, and are paid to the gateway directly.
At a high level: open a merchant account with the gateway and complete its KYC, create each order on your server using the secret key, open the gateway checkout on your page, verify the payment signature on the server, and listen for webhooks to confirm the final status. Then test failures and refunds in the sandbox before switching to live keys. A Razorpay integration follows these steps, and so do most other gateways. On WooCommerce or Shopify, the official plugin or app often handles much of it for you.
The pattern is the same: server-side orders, a checkout, signature checks and webhooks. The details differ, such as SDKs, webhook formats, refund APIs and settlement reports. A PhonePe payment gateway integration or a Cashfree payment gateway integration takes about the same effort as Razorpay once your merchant account is active. We work from each gateway's current documentation and test in its sandbox.
Using the gateway's hosted or embedded checkout means card numbers go directly to the gateway and never touch your servers, which greatly reduces your PCI DSS scope, often to the simplest self-assessment questionnaire. You still have a duty to secure your site. We avoid designs that would bring raw card data into your systems.
Under RBI rules, merchants in India must not store customers' full card numbers. Saved cards work through tokenisation, where the card network issues a token that the gateway manages with the customer's consent. We implement the gateway's saved-card or tokenised flows, so returning customers get quick checkout without you holding card data.
Recurring charges use an e-mandate on a card, UPI AutoPay or eNACH from a bank account. The customer approves the mandate once, receives a notification before each debit, and for charges above an RBI-set threshold may need to approve each payment. We build the flows and handle failed renewals, cancellations and plan changes cleanly.
Yes. Most of our payment gateway integration work is on existing products built in Next.js, React, Node.js, PHP or Laravel, WordPress and WooCommerce, Flutter or React Native. We review your current code first, and if an older integration is already live we can migrate it without losing past transaction references.
Yes, through international card acceptance on Indian gateways, which usually requires separate activation, or through PayPal. Stripe's onboarding for India-registered businesses has been restricted in recent years, so we check current eligibility before recommending it. Export payments need proper documentation, so we suggest confirming details with your chartered accountant.
This usually happens when the customer closes the page before returning to your site. Because we confirm payments through webhooks and a scheduled status check with the gateway, the order is updated even if the redirect never completes. If an order genuinely cannot be fulfilled, an automatic or one-click refund can be triggered.
