Because the scoping session and quote take a little time, and many people take holidays late in the month, we suggest getting in touch early in December.
It means the price we quote in December for your agreed scope stays the same when the work starts in the new year. If our rates change in January, your confirmed project is not affected. New features or changes added after December are quoted separately at the rates in effect at that time.
