The check is available from 15 September until the Sunday before Thanksgiving. After that, our Black Friday to Cyber Monday offer takes over. The earlier you send your site, the more time you have to act on the list before Black Friday traffic starts, so September and October are the best time.
The check is open to businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, and to clients elsewhere when no more specific offer is running for their country. We work remotely from Tamil Nadu, India, and send everything in writing, so it works whatever your time zone.
We can review most public websites and online stores, including Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and custom-built sites. The check looks at what customers experience: speed on mobile, Core Web Vitals, how the checkout and enquiry forms behave, and whether tracking fires. If anything needs a closer look, we note it in the written list.
The free check is separate from our discount offers.
