The build itself can finish later, and the 3 months of free care start from the day your website, web app or mobile app goes live.
For the first 3 months after launch we handle software and plugin updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring and small content changes of up to 2 hours a month, such as editing text, swapping images or updating prices. New features, new pages beyond small edits and redesign work are quoted separately, just as they would be at any other time.
The offer is open to clients worldwide, including India, the USA, the UK, Australia and Canada. If a more specific seasonal offer is running for your country at the same time, you may see that one on our site instead. Either way, only one offer applies to each project, and you can ask us which one suits you best.
No. Offers cannot be combined, and one offer applies per project. For example, you cannot take the free care from this offer and also claim a percentage discount from another campaign on the same project. If you are unsure which offer is better for your project, ask us when you enquire and we will compare them.
No. The offer applies to RED SAG’s project fees only. Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, app store fees, software licences and payment gateway charges are billed at actual cost or paid directly by you. We list these costs in your quote so there are no surprises when you confirm the project.
After 3 months you choose. If you want us to keep looking after the site, our standard care plans apply, and we will tell you the monthly price before the free period ends. If you prefer to manage it yourself, we hand over access and your site keeps running as normal. There is no automatic renewal.
