Why now

Why this is the right time

This year’s budget closes on 31 March

Unused IT budgets often cannot be carried forward. Confirming a project in March lets you commit the spend in this financial year.

Invoice now, start in April

March is busy with year-end closing. With this offer the GST invoice for the advance is dated this year, but the work can begin in April when your team has time.

Systems ready for the new year

A new POS, ERP or billing system started in April can be running early in the new financial year, so records are cleaner from the start.

Check the tax side with your accountant

How the expense is treated depends on your business. Speak to your accountant before you confirm, and we will provide the documents they need.

Example

Example: a web app or business website

A distributor confirms a custom web app quoted at ₹3,00,000 before 31 March. With 10% off, the project fee is ₹2,70,000, plus 18% GST of ₹48,600. The GST invoice for the advance set out in the proposal is dated in March, and work starts in April. On a starter website, ₹20,000 − 10% = ₹18,000 plus GST.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When does the financial year-end offer end?

The financial year-end offer runs from 1 March to 31 March. Your project must be confirmed in writing by 31 March, either by signing the proposal or paying the first invoice. Because agreeing a scope takes a few days, we recommend you enquire early in March rather than in the last week of the financial year.

Will the GST invoice be dated in this financial year?

Yes. When you confirm before 31 March, we raise the GST invoice for the advance in the current financial year. The remaining invoices follow the payment schedule in your proposal. How you can treat the expense for tax purposes depends on your business, so please confirm with your accountant before you commit.

Which projects does the 10% discount apply to?

It applies to the RED SAG project fee for websites, web apps, POS and billing systems, ERP and fintech projects confirmed within the offer dates. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences, SMS or WhatsApp charges and payment gateway fees are not discounted; they are billed at actual cost and listed in your quote.

Do we have to start the project in March?

No. Many clients use this offer to confirm in March and start in April, after year-end closing. We agree a start date with you when you confirm. If you would rather start straight away, we can do that too, depending on our schedule at the time.

Can this be combined with other offers?

No. One offer applies per project and offers cannot be combined. If you are planning more than one separate project, such as a website and a separate billing system, each is a separate project, so talk to us about how the offer applies to each one before you confirm.

What if we miss the 31 March deadline?

Projects confirmed after 31 March are quoted at our normal rates, and invoices are dated in the new financial year. We are always happy to quote your project, and our published price ranges on each solution page give you a guide to budget with in the meantime.
