A plugin for every small feature
Each extra plugin adds update risk, database load and potential security holes. Our developers write a few lines in the theme or a small custom plugin when that is safer than installing another one.
Theme files that hold business logic

Unsafe input and output

Working hours overlap
Our team is in India (IST, UTC+5:30). These are the overlap windows we plan around; the exact hours are agreed in the contract.
United Kingdom
Our normal day (9:00–18:00 IST) covers roughly 9:00 am to 12:30 pm in London in winter and 9:00 am to 1:30 pm in summer. A developer working 11:00–20:00 IST can cover until about 2:30 pm GMT.
USA and Canada (Eastern)
On a shifted schedule the developer is online for about 9:00 am to noon Eastern (New York, Toronto), enough for stand-up, reviews and questions. Work carries on overnight and is ready in your morning.
USA and Canada (Pacific)
For California or Vancouver we agree a fixed early window, typically 7:00–9:00 am Pacific, plus written hand-offs at the end of your day. We are open that overlap is shorter here.
Australia
India is 4.5 to 5.5 hours behind Sydney and Melbourne, so our normal day overlaps your afternoon, roughly 1:30–5:30 pm AEST. Perth overlaps from about 11:30 am onwards.
Try before you commit
Start with a one-week paid pilot
Before committing to a month, you can start with a one-week paid pilot. The developer works on a real ticket from your backlog, in your repository and tools, with the same daily updates as a normal engagement. At the end you decide whether to continue, change developer or stop. The pilot is billed at the hourly rate for the hours worked, and the code is yours.
Replacement if it is not a fit
If the developer is not the right fit, tell us and we will replace the developer at no extra charge. The new developer is briefed from the shared notes and tickets, and we overlap the hand-over where we can so you do not lose momentum.

How much does it cost to hire a WordPress developer from India?
Indicatively, a full-time dedicated WordPress developer from RED SAG costs about $1,700–3,500 a month depending on seniority, and hourly work is about $15–30 an hour. The rates table on this page also shows GBP, AUD, CAD and INR. Fixed-price site builds are quoted from your designs and page list.
Can agencies hire your WordPress developers white-label?
Yes, it is one of the most common ways we work. We sign your NDA, work in your tools and repositories, keep our name out of code and admin screens, and do not contact your clients. Care plans can also be delivered under your brand. Our white-label development page explains the arrangement.
Do you build with Elementor or with Gutenberg?
For new builds we prefer native Gutenberg blocks or ACF, because they load less code and are easier to maintain. If your site already runs on Elementor, Divi or another builder, our developers can work within it and, if you want, plan a gradual move to blocks page by page.
Can you fix a slow or hacked WordPress site?
Yes. For a slow site we measure first with PageSpeed Insights and Query Monitor, then remove the causes, such as heavy plugins, unoptimised images or slow queries. For a hacked site we clean files and the database, close the entry point, rotate passwords and keys, and set up monitoring.
How quickly can a WordPress developer start?
Usually within a week, depending on availability and whether you need theme, WooCommerce or plugin experience in particular. For urgent fixes such as a site that is down, tell us on the call and we will say honestly how quickly someone can look at it.
What if the WordPress developer is not a good fit?
Tell us what is not working. We will replace the developer at no extra charge and hand over through the repository, tickets and site notes. Starting with the one-week paid pilot also lets you check quality and communication before a monthly commitment.
Do you handle WooCommerce as well?
Yes. Our WordPress developers build and extend WooCommerce stores, including custom checkout fields, shipping rules, payment gateways such as Stripe and Razorpay, and subscriptions. Custom code is written to be compatible with WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage so future updates do not break it.
Can you build a custom plugin instead of adding another one?
