RED SAG is based in Tiruppur, the knitwear capital of India. The garment units, job workers, dyeing and printing houses and exporters around us are the businesses this page is written for.
A single export order passes through yarn purchase, knitting, dyeing, compacting, cutting, printing or embroidery, stitching, checking, ironing and packing, often across several job workers. We build ERP, production tracking, payroll and order management software that follows that real flow, for Tiruppur units and for manufacturers elsewhere in India and abroad.

When fabric is with an outside dyer, pieces are with a printer and stitching is split across lines, answering a buyer’s simple status question takes phone calls.
Fabric and garments sent to job workers come back with process loss. Without delivery challans matched to receipts, shortages are found too late to claim.
Order costing is done in Excel before production, but actual yarn, process and labour costs are rarely compared against it until after shipment.
Tailors and checkers paid by piece need accurate daily counts per operation. Manual registers lead to disputes and errors every pay cycle.
Buyers and their auditors ask for attendance, wage, overtime and traceability records at short notice, which is hard when data lives in registers.
Buyer orders, style and size-colour breakdowns, costing, purchase, production stages, job work, dispatch and export documentation in one system.
Garment ERPYarn, fabric, trims and finished goods by lot and location, with process loss tracking and reorder alerts.
Inventory SoftwareBilling, GST, job work returns data and receivables per buyer, with exports to Tally for your auditor.
Accounting SoftwareSimple Android apps for supervisors to record production counts, quality checks and piece-rate output by operation, even with patchy Wi-Fi.
Mobile AppsEnquiries, samples, approvals and follow-ups for merchandising teams, linked to the orders they become.
Custom CRMBeing in Tiruppur, we can walk your unit, sit with merchandisers and supervisors, and see how an order really moves before designing anything.
Most units begin with one module, often job work tracking or production status, and add costing, payroll and accounts once it is working.
Shop-floor screens can use Tamil labels, large buttons and minimal typing, because supervisors are recording counts while standing on the floor.
Your auditor probably works in Tally. We export vouchers and ledgers into it rather than forcing a change of accounting software.
Third-party access is sometimes limited by the provider. We confirm what is available for your account before quoting.
Practical pointers, not legal advice. Rules change, so confirm the current position with your adviser; we build the software to match.
Inputs sent to job workers must move under delivery challans and return within the time limits in GST law, and job work movements are reported in returns. The software can generate challans and the data your accountant files; check current forms and limits with them.
Piece-rate and time-rate wages, overtime, ESI and PF contributions must follow the applicable labour law, which is being consolidated under India’s labour codes. Rates and rules should be configurable.
Many export buyers require social compliance audits such as WRAP, amfori BSCI or Sedex SMETA. Software can keep the attendance, wage and working-hours records auditors ask for; certification itself comes from the audit.
Certifications such as GOTS and OEKO-TEX require traceability of certified materials through production. Lot-level tracking in the ERP makes the paper trail far easier to produce.
Yes. We are based in Arulpuram, Tiruppur, and visiting your unit to understand the workflow is usually the first step for local manufacturers. For units elsewhere, we work through video calls and shared documents.
Yes. Each issue to a job worker is recorded with a delivery challan, quantity and weight, and each receipt is matched against it, so process loss and pending returns are visible per job worker and per order.
Yes. Supervisors record output per worker and operation on a phone or tablet, rates are set per style and operation, and the system calculates wages for each pay cycle, with deductions and overtime handled by the rules you configure.
